Weighing in at more than 25 lbs, this beautiful cast iron typewriter is in fantastic condition and in perfect working order. They REALLY do not make them like this anymore.

As if canning jars were not useful enough, here is another good idea for how to use them. Tall, clear ones work best. Just slip in an interesting print, scraps of paper or even a photo. Several together make a nice display.

I have several interesting new shoe racks in stock. They both have pegs instead of shelves or dowels. Perfect for hanging things or storing bottles. They would make striking store fixtures.

My daughter and I collected these Osage Oranges, also known as Hedge Apples, in the Nethermead in Prospect Park. We always look for them in October when they fall from the tree. They are large, chartreuse-colored and wrinkly (like brains.) They have a wonderful citrusy smell and are said to repel cockroaches and spiders. I have a bowlful of them out on my table.
